Experienced dog owner/ handler.
I am an experienced animal owner, both cats and dogs, and have always longed for a job which incorporated them... who wouldn't want to be greeted by furry faces every day??? I have worked for a well known animal charity for the past 4.5 years as a dog Rehomer, and throughout my time there have handled dogs of many breeds, sizes and temperaments. I’m confident working with dogs with behavioural needs. I’ve personally owned a pug, beagle, German shepherd, springer spaniel, labradoodle and cockapoo, so am experienced with a lot of different breeds and stimulation needs. I would always treat every dog as if they were my own!

I’m currently working part time, so am looking for positions that work around this. I have plenty of time to dedicate to any furries that may need it.

I will only look after one animal at a time so I can dedicate my full attention to them (unless it’s more than one from the same household). I will tailor my day based on the needs of the dog(s).
A typical day
I have a number of local parks available for dog walks, both on and off lead. I’ve worked with dogs for a number of years and enjoy using lots of mental stimulation with them throughout the day.
