Olivia made friends with my pups instantly. She was professional and prompt with all care instructions. Throughout the day she sent me pictures of happy pups. 11/10!!!
Olivia was immediately surrounded by our three cats and two dogs when she came into the house (right on time for the first appointment!) She is respectful of the animals' character and habits, and very attentive. The dogs respond well to her confident but gentle authority, and she keeps the pets' spaces and feeding areas tidy and clean. She is a wonderful, responsible dog-walker and pet-sitter! We've used her a number of times for long days or overnight travel.
