Animal loving, active family
We have owned dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, chickens and turtles since I was a young girl and absolutely adore animals. The past couple of years have seen me live in Canada and Australia, but now I'm back in the UK living with my husband and daughter and without pets of our own, so we're spending time caring for yours! We've owned boxer dogs, labradors and Maltese shitzus, rescue cats and kittens, and turtles! Experienced with bathing, can help in training and will take your dog's on our local walks around Great Billing or even up some bigger adventures if you're open to that! I'm a new mum to a gorgeous and smiley 8 month old baby girl. We are still just as active and she's used to being around dogs already, which she loves, and would love to meet your pup beforehand so we can ensure it's a good fit for everyone.

Can highly recommend Olivia to look after your fur baby. Our Winston had a fantastic week stay whilst we were on holiday. All of Winston’s care needs were met, with regularly photos and updates. Olivia took care of Winston as if he was her own and we cannot thank her enough! Without a doubt, Winston will see you soon!
Our pup Bobbin had the most incredible time with Olivia and her family! She was totally worn out when she got home so had been kept nice and busy and from all the pictures and videos we got sent! It’s clear they kept her really engaged and we felt totally at ease leaving her with them! Thanks so much again guys! She can’t wait to come back already 😅
Olivia and co were the perfect sitters! Great communication throughout the entire booking and sitting process- with lots of photos of the fun they had along the way. Maximus was one happy boy and I'm sure he can't wait to be back! Most definitely recommend this wonderful family
Olivia is amazing!!! She luckily was able to have my dog for 2 nights at pretty late notice, and made me feel so so comfortable straight away. I felt like Fin was being taken care of and treated exactly like he’s treated at home, with lots of cuddles and attention. In all his pictures he looked like he was having the best time, he was even allowed to sleep on the bed which he loves. Olivia kept me updated with pictures and updates 2 or 3 times a day and just made me feel so comfortable being away from him, she made it easier than it’s ever been before. Her and her husband are so nice too. I couldn’t recommend her enough and will definitely be using her in the future.
My 8 year old French Bulldog had a great time staying with Olivia and her family! The regular videos and photos were amazing and reassuring; and judging by the silent treatment I got when he came home, I think he wished he’d stayed longer!
Olivia was the best. It was the first time leaving Murphy, our slightly nervous rescue so we were understandable a bit nervous. But Olivia looked after him so well, her calm encouraging energy really suited Murphy. She kept us updated during the day which really helped put our minds at easy, would wholeheartedly recommend.

Schedule
I am on maternity leave whilst my husband works from home so your dog or cat will be in the same room, and we can take out for morning, lunchtime and late evening walks.

Safety, trust & environment
My garden is safely fenced in and padlocked with a mix of grass, decking and patio. If I'm in your home, I can work with gardens or have also had dogs that need to be leached for toilet breaks, either are absolutely fine for me. I am happy with dogs and cats up on the bed, they wouldn't be allowed in the babys nursery whilst she's napping in there of course, but otherwise happy to keep everyone together!
A typical day
A day would start with a half hour walk through some local trails. I will always keep the dogs on lead unless we're off to the dog park, where they can run till their hearts content. I've dealt with reactive dogs on the lead and will always try to take them on quieter trails, but confident in distracting methods! Throughout the day, I make sure to carve time out for playtime and cuddle time. After an evening walk, cuddles are usually in order in front of the TV.

- We will of course need to know that your dog is used to being around going babies, gentle with them. If they don't get on well with young babies unfortunately this won't be a good fit. We will need to know if your pup is cautious or doesn't like any certain behaviours so we can accommodate this. If it has any issues with toilet training behaviours or will need any certain feeding times throughout the care.
