I have used Rover for more than 7 years, and never had an issue. Unfortunately that streak came to an end with this booking. I booked Olivia for a 2 night house stay, which means I asked the sitter to spend the night to care for my pet. Of the two nights booked, Olivia only stayed for one of them. The other night she left very early, which caused my dog to bark non-stop for hours, leading to my neighbors to message me asking if everything was ok. Olivia didn't communicate ahead of time that she had personal obligations that prevented her from completing the stays as expected. In fact, communication was lacking for most of the stay - with more than 16 hours between check-ins, leaving me to wonder if my dog was being fed and walked as expected. Aside from the comfort of knowing my dog was going to be cared for, I also am left explaining the all-night barking to my neighbors, who share a wall with me. I cannot endorse or recommend Olivia for overnight stays.
Olivia did a fantastic job looking after our pets and house while we were away for a week and a half. She treated our babies like they were her own and we couldn’t be happier. It’s so nice knowing they are in good hands while we were away. It certainly helped us enjoy our vacation so much more! She sent pictures and videos and it was clear that the dogs were having the best time and were really enjoying their time with her. All the updates were greatly appreciated! I was worried the dogs wouldn’t want us coming back 😉 I will absolutely be using Olivia for future pet sitting needs. Thanks Olivia!!
We love Olivia! She is so caring and great with both our dogs. Our female dog tends to not like people and she immediately went right to Olivia the first time they met! You can tell that she truly loves animals. She is very knowledgeable about all animals. She has watched our babies multiple times and she is our go to person. We know our babies will be loved on and taken care of when Olivia watches them!
Oliva Rayne is an awesome pet care provider. She has had a love for animals since she was crawling. I would recommend her for all your pet care needs.

Schedule
I am available to take care of your pets most days. I have therapy Monday and Wednesday that takes about an hour. I am very flexible so I can work around that.
