Taking care of someone else’s pet in their own home is a responsibility I take seriously, and I approach it with care and attention to detail. I begin by familiarizing myself with the pet’s routine—feeding times, exercise needs, and any specific instructions regarding their health or behavior. While in their home, I make sure to create a familiar and comforting environment for the pet, sticking to their usual routines to minimize stress. I ensure they get regular exercise, whether it’s walks or playtime, and provide companionship to keep them happy and engaged. I’ll also handle any necessary tasks, such as feeding, administering medication, or tidying up after them. I maintain open communication with the pet owner, sending updates and photos to keep them reassured while they’re away. My goal is to make the pet feel secure and loved, just as they would when their owner is home.
