This was a horrible experience with Olivia. We contacted her for house sitting to watch our dog while we were in the process of moving, and it was extremely disappointing. First, when she showed up she said she had to clock in, which I thought was for her time with us but it was actually to clock in for her other job. I won’t go into the personal details of her work - which allows for WFH - but the nature of her work absolutely does not allow her to watch a dog AND work. So she spent more time working than watching our dog. I could see this clearly while moving boxes and all, such that I actually had to take time with our dog while Olivia was focused on her other job. While waiting for Olivia to take her break and give full attention, we left with movers. While I was out I texted Olivia to confirm what time she needed us to return. No response. I started heading back for when I thought she said she needed to leave, since I didn’t hear from her. While I’m on my way, I texted her again asking for confirmation of the time, to which she responded that she already left! So she didn’t confirm the time nor did she let us know that she left our puppy alone! There was absolutely no point in her “sitting” for us when she was actually working her other job and ended up leaving our dog alone, with no communication. Horrible experience, and I would not suggest using her house sitting services.

Olivia was good with the dogs, and Waylon seemed to have a lot of fun with Espi. She was very communicative and left the house clean. We will definitely reach out next time we need a sitter.

Nneka took such wonderful care of Rex. He struggles with separation anxiety, but he felt safe and comfortable with her right away. She has such a kind, calming energy that really put me (and Rex) at ease. She was also very responsive and great with communication—after our initial contact, we quickly arranged a meet and greet, which made everything feel so smooth and reassuring. Her dog, Esperanza, is absolutely adorable, and it’s clear they share such a loving bond. Seeing how well she cares for her own dog gave me even more confidence. I would absolutely book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter.

Our dog Artemis had a great time! Olivia took great care of our dog, was responsive with updates, and was super prompt and professional. We'd gladly book with her again.

I know my dog’s in terrific hands with Olivia. She “gets” my very quirky older dog and she and her dog do a great job of keeping him entertained and happy while I’m out of town. She’s also punctual, a great communicator, and leaves our house cleaner than we left it. What’s the catch?

She was great. The house was left better than we left it and the pups were happy!
