For pets whose families spend their days at the office, I provide dependable morning and evening drop-in visits to keep their routines consistent and stress-free. In the morning, I’ll stop by to handle breakfast, refresh water bowls, provide potty breaks or walks, administer medications if needed, and make sure your pet is comfortable before settling in for the day. I always follow your pet’s established routine as closely as possible to help them feel secure while you're away. When I return in the evening, I focus on their end-of-day needs, including dinner, fresh water, another potty break or walk, litter box maintenance, and plenty of attention and affection. Whether your pet enjoys playtime, enrichment activities, a leisurely walk, or simply relaxing companionship, I tailor each visit to their individual personality and energy level. My goal is to bridge the gap during your workday, ensuring your pets receive the care, exercise, and interaction they need while maintaining the routine they're accustomed to. By providing reliable morning and evening care, I help keep your pets happy, comfortable, and well cared for until you're back home.

When it comes to caring for my own pets and my clients’ pets, I treat them as if they’re part of my family. Their happiness, health, and well-being are my top priorities, and I do everything I can to make sure they live their best life. Whether it’s feeding them nutritious meals, engaging them in play, or providing plenty of cuddles and attention, I tailor my care to meet their unique needs and personalities. I believe every pet deserves to feel safe, loved, and stress-free. For dogs, this might mean going for long walks, playing fetch, or providing mental stimulation through enrichment activities. For cats, it’s about offering cozy spaces to relax, interactive toys to engage their curiosity, and, of course, plenty of quiet companionship. I pay close attention to their body language and behavior, ensuring they feel relaxed and at ease in every moment. Keeping a consistent routine is key to helping pets feel secure, so I make sure to follow their schedules as closely as possible. Whether it’s sticking to regular meal times, maintaining exercise routines, or accommodating special care needs, I strive to provide a calm, predictable environment. My goal is always to go above and beyond to make them happy. Whether it’s a belly rub for a content pup, a cozy lap for a purring cat, or a simple moment of connection, I aim to make every day as joyful and stress-free as possible for the pets in my care.
Information Olivia N. would like to know about your pet
When I begin working with new clients, I always schedule a meet-and-greet before taking on the responsibility of caring for their pets. This meeting is essential for both the animals and their parents. It’s my chance to learn where everything is, from food and supplies to favorite toys and comfy spots, and to ask about any specific routines, preferences, or quirks. I also like to gather tips and tricks for handling the pets—whether it’s the best way to leash a reactive dog, how to approach a shy cat, or the special treat that makes their tail wag. Equally important, this meeting gives the pets a chance to get to know me while their parents are present, so they can see I’m a friend and someone their family trusts. I interact calmly and positively, showing the pets that I’m an extension of their safe, loving environment. It’s also an opportunity for me to observe their behavior and body language to make sure they’re comfortable with me. I believe it’s crucial to be transparent during this process. If a pet seems uneasy or doesn’t warm up to me, I make sure to discuss it openly with their parents. Ultimately, the goal is for them to find someone they feel completely confident leaving their beloved animals with, even if that’s not me. Their peace of mind and their pet’s happiness and safety are what matter most.

Reviews

Olivia took care of our two mini poodles in our home while we were away for 5 days. We were beyond impressed with how much care, love and attention she provided our pups. She was very detail oriented with their routines and it was clear that she took time to get to know and befriend them. She sent daily updates with pictures. She was prompt with all communication and she left our home clean and tidy. How wonderful to come home to a house that was just as we left it and two happy dogs!

Olivia was fantastic amd extremely caring of our animals and home. Will definitely book again.

Olivia was such a great sitter to my pup. Kind, attentive, with great communication. Teti enjoyed having a new buddy to lay on. I’m looking forward to booking Olivia again.

Olivia was excellent! She was responsive, and articulate and took great care of my quirky senior dog. She sent photos, videos and gave me updates on a regular basis. I will definitely use her again. I can't recommend her enough, we had a great experience!
