Olivia was very kind and seemed to do well with our dogs! She was responsive via message and sent cute videos and photo updates. Overall I feel like our girls were in great hands and our home was clean and respected while she was here. Unfortunately i’m leaving a three star review because she didn’t honor the booking times for arrival and departure. She arrived several hours late that evening, resulting in the dogs being alone for 11 hours. They were safe and she did have a valid reason, but it was communicated after I asked if everything was ok…almost 2 hours after the start time window. We would have let that slide, too, but the next morning she left 2 and a half hours before the end time in booking details, which we weren’t aware of until we came home to accidents and checked the driveway cam. If we would have known she had to leave early, we could have driven home from our trip sooner. We are happy to accommodate changes in plans to keep our pups are comfortable! I know things happen, but back to back problems with our dogs being left alone too long for our first booking with her is a little much :( I believe she is great with animals and was great with our girls, but really wish she would have respected our booking contract. I would have absolutely given her 5 stars if it weren’t for those issues.
