Safety, trust & environment
I always am attentive and understand the body language to help them adjust the best they can. Safety is the number one priority and following all instructions is key. I will also never give any food/treats nor take them to areas that are not pre-approved.

This was the first time that we had Olivia walk our dog Shelby for us. Olivia is very good about communicating. She sent us a picture of Shelby along with comments about the walk. When we got home Shelby was a happy girl. We will be calling Olivia again!!
Olivia did a great job walking Django. Django is leash reactive, and Olivia was very thoughtful and proactive in handling him. She gave full detailed reports of their encounters and avoided situations that could have led to conflict with other dogs. Django was visibly excited to see Olivia when she arrived to take him for a walk each day.
