Hi! I'm a person who has always been surrounded by animals of all kinds. I have a deep love for all creatures from fur to scales! I have had both dogs and cats for most of my life and began to take responsibility for them at a young age. I have trained two puppies, and then slowed down to love them at their own pace as seniors. For the past 5 years, I have had the company of three cats of my own and have really taken the time to cater to each of their individual quirky personalities! I prioritise loving and caring for them in the exact ways they each prefer as well as making sure they live full, enriched lives. I've even taught them a couple of tricks! One of my cats has a genetic health issue, so I have also become comfortable orally administering both tablets and liquid medications. I also previously had a diabetic cat, so I became comfortable with administering insulin injections. I have experience trimming nails, brushing teeth, bathing, and walking both cats and dogs. Additionally, I am very happy to care for alternative pets as I have owned rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, tarantulas, stick insects, and a snake. I also volunteer with the local pigeon rescue so I have experience with both sick and healthy birds! I think every creature is deserving of attentive, loving, tailored care and I look forward to getting to know what your pets' needs are and meeting them to the best of my ability.
