I do commute to northeastern Oklahoma and back each weekday for work, but I can always plan around early morning visits or nighttime visits (after 7pm). Weekends are much more flexible for me. Regardless of the day or time, visiting with your pet is the best part of my day!

It is my policy to treat your pets with the same care, respect, and love as I treat my own. I ensure to carefully uphold any routines or regimens that you establish for your pet with an interest to maintaining a sense of stability and normalcy for them in your absence. I understand that all pets are different, and I will respect your pet’s demonstrated comfort levels in getting to know each other. I am a guest in your home and will behave as such, treating your belongings with the respect and privacy they deserve. As far as pet safety goes, I believe in over-communicating rather than under-communicating, so you can rest assured you will hear from me if anything seems amiss.

A typical day
I love building a connection with your dog and learning their favorite types of play and connection, and then working those into our day. Our walks will include plenty of time to investigate new smells, and will conclude with some backyard play like tossing a ball if applicable. Each visit will include quality time together and if your dog is a cuddler, cuddles! All dogs deserve to feel loved and treasured.

Pet care experience
I grew up in a family where our dogs (specifically Labradors) were equal members of the family, and spending time with them is a treasured part of my childhood memories. I grew up around dog care, and while every pup is different, the basics of dog care are intuitive for me. As an adult I am the proud “parent” of two lively, playful cats, who have taught me to expand my pet care knowledge and skills.

It was a pleasure to meet Olivia. She did a great job of watching our dog. She kept us informed and we appreciate the updates and pictures she sent. Our dog really liked her and we will definitely use her again.
Olivia has extensive knowledge on cats, based on my conversations with her. She has provided excellent care and stimulation for my cats and encourages them to use their instincts to explore their surroundings. She considers their health and provided information to me on important aspects of health. It is clear that she has done her research on cats, however, she isn't just biased towards cats, as she enjoys dogs as well! I have observed her actions around dogs and has been very respectful around individuals who are anxious. She's very patient and is willing to meet them where they are comfortable. She's the best of both worlds!
Olivia dog-sat for my mid-sized pittie mix, Noodle, when we lived in Chapel Hill. NC. Olivia was awesome and bonded with Noodle immediately. She also asked good questions, was safety-minded, and was a wonderful communicator. Before becoming our pet-sitter, Olivia worked for me as a student worker in a muesum-like setting. I can attest that she is trustworthy, honest, and reliable, in addition to being just a delightful and warm person. She's the best and will take good care of your fur babies!
