I’ve cared for pets in a variety of settings, from overnight house sits across the United States to international pet sitting experiences through TrustedHousitters. Places like London and Portugal (It was so cool!) These experiences have allowed me to care for pets with different personalities, routines, and needs while giving owners peace of mind when they’re away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and I’ve learned the importance of being dependable, communicative, and respectful of both of your pets routine and your home. While I’ve already built experience through private and international petting sitting, from fostering puppies to taking care of senior cats..I’m now excited to establish a local client base on Rover and build long term relationships with key owners. I am originally from the Chicago land area (Go Cubs!), I did high school in the Grand Rapids area. I went to Northern Michigan University- go wildcats Whoohoo! 😜 I spent the last two years in Raleigh, North Carolina working in Tech Sales and now I am back in Grand Rapids looking to spend quality time with the family. (Awww I know) Throughout my life I have owned lizards, a bunny, and a cat. Had roommate’s with cats and have occasionally dog sat. I’m excited and eager to see if we can be a good fit for each other. 🐾🤍

I understand that many pets are most comfortable in their own environment, so I prioritize maintaining their normal routine while respecting the owner’s home. During house sits, I provide consistent care including feeding, walks, potty breaks, exercise, medication administration (if needed), and companionship. Having completed overnight pet sits both in the U.S. and internationally through TrustedHousesitters, I’m experienced in adapting to different homes, caring for pets with unique needs, and keeping owners updated with regular photos and messages for peace of mind.

I trusted Liv and her friend to stay in my apartment here in London while caring for my two energetic kittens, and I couldn't have had a better experience. From the moment I left, Liv provided daily updates with adorable photos and messages that gave me complete peace of mind as this was my first experience with an outside petsitter. It was clear that my kittens were getting plenty of attention and playtime. One thing I especially appreciated was her communication. My kittens had been obsessed with some planters in my apartment for the week leading up to my trip, constantly batting at them and testing their limits. Sure enough, they eventually managed to break a couple while I was away. Liv immediately let me know what happened, cleaned everything up, and handled the situation responsibly without any hesitation. When I returned home, my apartment was just as tidy as I had left it, and my kittens were happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. Liv is trustworthy, attentive, proactive, and genuinely loves animals. I would absolutely welcome her back into my home and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter.

Schedule
Since I work remotely, pet care easily fits into my daily routine and allows me to be highly available for the pets in my care. I’m able to accommodate walks, feedings, medication schedules, potty breaks, and plenty of one-on-one attention throughout the day. I’ve also completed overnight pet sits through Trusted Housesitters in the U.S. and abroad, so I’m comfortable adapting to different pets’ routines and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away.
