Experienced animal care taker
Due to a recent hip surgery, I’m only accepting visits for cats for now! Will hopefully open back up for dogs as I recover. I’m an experienced animal care taker. I’ve cared for animals since a child, including dogs, cats, horses, pigs, goats, cows, sheep, hamsters, fish, and ducks. I graduated from UConn with a degree in animal science and then worked as a veterinary technician for 7 years and have experience with animal training. I currently have my own two dogs and three cats. One of my dog’s had her leg amputated 6 years ago so I’m well versed in special needs animals! I’m available for drop in visits at this point in time! I love to hike and run, so I can ensure your pet gets plenty of exercise

Olivia did a nice job visiting Nala. The daily visits resulted in Nala being very relaxed when we arrived home
Olivia watched our 2 cats for a week and she was absolutely great! She sent us daily pictures of them and let us know everything that was going on! Highly recommend her and we will definitely be using her again next time we go on vacation!
Olivia is amazing! Communicated constantly, went above and beyond for our geriatric feline (thanks for raising that bar on us!) and took great care of the invisible cat brothers. It was a huge relief knowing she was taking care of our feline overlords over the holiday, no matter the weather.
Olivia was a great pet sitter. She regularly kept me posted on daily visits for the 2+ weeks I was on vacation. I received daily photos of both my cats and she also watered my plants as needed. I definitely recommend contacting her for your pet sitting needs.
We booked Olivia for daily drop in visits for our two cats while we were on vacation. One of our cats has diabetes and she was able to take glucose readings and provide him his daily insulin shots. We are incredibly thankful Olivia was able to add visits when our diabetic cat needed additional insulin shots. She sent pictures and videos daily and our cats loved her :) highly recommend!!
Olivia is great with communication both in person during the initial meet & greet and through text messaging. She sent daily photos of my 2 cats. Was thoughtful enough to provide extra water for my cats when she saw a need for it. I booked her again for the following month.

I currently work full time but have a flexible schedule so I can drop in during the early mornings, late afternoon and throughout the night.
