Hi, I'm Olivia, the owner of Olive & Leash. I am currently a full-time university student studying a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Animal Behaviour and Welfare, giving me an in-depth understanding of animal behaviour, welfare, enrichment, and care. Alongside my degree, I hold a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Animal Management and a Level 3 Qualification in Dog Walking, providing me with both practical and theoretical knowledge to care for pets safely and professionally. My passion for animals has led me to gain hands-on experience in a variety of settings. I currently volunteer at Lincolnshire Wildlife Park, Nunnys Farm, and a local dog grooming salon, where I work with animals of different species, sizes, temperaments, and care requirements. I have also had the incredible opportunity to volunteer on a wildlife game reserve in South Africa, where I gained valuable experience observing animal behaviour, assisting with conservation work, and learning about the welfare and management of a wide range of species in their natural environment. I am DBS checked, qualified, and fully insured, and I always put animal welfare at the heart of everything I do.
