I have grown up surrounded by animals and have always had a strong love and understanding of pets. I have had dogs throughout my life, including a Labrador for 12 years and currently have my 7-year-old Cockapoo, Monty, who is energetic, friendly and loves walks, cuddles and playing tug of war. I regularly walk him at local nature reserves, provide his meals, grooming, bathing and brushing, and make sure he receives plenty of exercise, enrichment and attention. I also have experience caring for a variety of dogs through my mum’s dog sitting business, where I regularly help look after dogs in our home and join in with walks and care routines. I have looked after many breeds including Cockapoos, Shih Tzus, King Charles Spaniels, Maltese, Bichon Frises, Cavapoos, Dachshunds, Yorkies, French Bulldogs, Cocker Spaniels, Springer Spaniels and more. I understand that every dog has different needs and personalities. I have experience caring for nervous dogs who need reassurance, more independent dogs who prefer their own space, energetic dogs who need lots of play and exercise, puppies learning routines, and older dogs who may need extra patience, guidance with mobility, medication or a calmer pace. I enjoy making dogs feel comfortable, safe and loved while their owners are away. Whether it’s going for a walk, having playtime, giving cuddles, keeping to their usual routine or cleaning up after puppies during toilet training, I am happy to provide reliable and caring support for every dog I look after.
