I find its helpful to get advanced notice if your pets have any special requirements based on medications, injuries, personality, etc. It makes your pet so much more comfortable.

A typical day

I love to plan for activities that fit the individual dog. A high energy younger dog? We can go for runs or play fetch. An older dog that has lower energy needs or is painful? Let them lead the way. We can do gentle play time or just hang out.

Pet care experience

I've spent most of my life working in pet care fields from general practice veterinary medicine to championship level airedale breeding kennel. The combined benefit of working in both settings allowed me to have experience working with dogs aged newborn to 16. The one thing that I'm very adamant about is one on one time, individual attention to every pups needs. I'm ready to play fetch, run and play, or relax and let be. I understand the needs of both special need and senior dogs and I know how to administer medications. (Both pill and injectable like insulin or B12) I strive to give the best care I can to every dog I meet. I will always treat your pets like I would one of my own.

Fantastic pet sitter! Always on time and checked in often. Very patient with my older and sometimes grumpy dog. Very caring and warm … my dog warmed up and went on walks and played only after 1 day! Great experience!

Horrific. Almost a two week trip out of town. She left the waste from the litter boxes next to them in a grocery bag. She left two weeks of empty wet cat food containers in an open bag next to their food. The smell and amount of flies was terrible. It took two weeks of airing out the garage to get the smell out. We are still having a problem with flies. You are risking the health of your animals with this care taker. I specifically asked her to make sure everything was thrown away each day.
