Enthusiastic and Reliable Pet Care
Hi! My name is Olivia, I'm a stay at home mom to my beautiful daughter who is just over 1 year old looking to provide loving care for your furry companions while you're away. Currently no pets in the home. My daughter loves animals and knows to be gentle, she never grabs or pulls. Despite this, all interactions are closely supervised to ensure everyone's comfort and safety. I’ve dealt with a variety of breeds from all sizes and ages, and am comfortable handling all types of situations. I have worked with puppies that need house training, senior dogs and cats, dogs with behaviour issues (resource guarding, territorial aggression, marking), and also cared for animals experiencing mobility limitations as my previous dog was experiencing a variety of health and mobility issues later in life. I currently live in a 3 bedroom home with a basement tenant and have a large fenced yard. The green space is convenient for a quick pee/poo before going to bed and I will often take dogs out to play, I like to keep some balls and tug toys around for how often there are dogs here. When caring for dogs I enjoy walking them along the beach path with my daughter in the carrier - or the stroller if your dog is familiar with them. We go on a beach walk every day (weather permitting), and like to spend lots of time outside. My husband works 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, and while walking, sitting, or boarding would be primarily in charge of taking care of our daughter while I care for the dogs, however he is also an experienced pet owner and animal lover. Your pets will be so loved and cared for by me and in our home.

Ratings and reviews
Olivia was wonderful with Barlee during her stay (Jan 16-21). We have booked with her before and would strongly recommend her. She is extremely attentive, communicates regularly with updates and photos, and Barlee always has a wonderful time. We look forward to booking with her again!

Olivia was great with Ruby. Kept me updated often, made her some homemade food when she wouldn't eat her dog food ( she checked with me first), was very accommodating when my flight home was delayed

Olivia did a great job 5 out 5 taking care of Rocky despite Rocky's unusual behaviour. Olivia handled it very well and kept us updated and communicated regularly. Thank you Olivia.

Our pup Barlee had a fantastic stay at Olivia's. She is a wonderful host; warm, caring, and proactively sent us updates throughout the stay. She followed all our instructions, and our pup came home happy and tuckered out. Highly recommended!

Olivia took great care of my beagle Daisy for 12 days. Daisy seems very content, and Olivia provided regular updates and took Daisy on many long walks. Thanks so much Olivia!

Olivia was a fantastic sitter for my puppy, Dylan! She was warm, and attentive. Dylan instantly felt comfortable with her and didnt look back when we dropped him off. Olivia kept me updated with photos and messages, I especially loved the ones with her sweet daughter, which gave me peace of mind throughout the day. I could tell Dylan got lots of love and playtime. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Olivia again—highly recommend!

Calendar and availability
Schedule
As a stay at home mom there is no real limitations to my schedule so I can easily accommodate care for up to two dogs at one time.

Safety, trust & environment
My care plan is based on your needs, I have a lot of experience with different breeds, life stages, medical conditions. I am always very patient as no matter the life stage being away from home can be a difficult transition, pets are sensitive to change and will probably miss you. I try to maintain their home schedules as much as possible to help them adjust quickly.
A typical day
As I live by the beach I like to walk the dogs along the beach trail and play in the fenced back yard. It is a guarantee that belly rubs, pets and snuggles will be given any time that I am sat watching tv at the end of the night. We have a large house and things can get exciting while playing with my daughter. Your dog would be free to roam the house and play with any toys that are left accessible - daughters room will be fully blocked by a gate to keep her toys from getting mixed with the dogs
