~SCHEDULE~ Your pet's needs and comfort are my primary concern above all, so I can be a bit flexible if necessary. However, I am currently available for clients between 8:00a-10:00p. I am a pretty punctual individual and will be available within an hour window of when you request care (because pets with medical needs do have priority for obvious reasons).

Their comfort, safety, and well-being will always be #1. The security and condition of your home as well as your safety are also top priority. A detailed report of each visit will be included, and I will gladly update you with copious pictures of your companion. **I will not be allowing cats outdoors regardless of their usual routine while under my care to ensure their safety upon your return.**

As aforementioned, your pet's health and safety are held above all else. If your fur-baby requires medication, extra potty breaks, precise diets, schedules, or any other special accomodations, please let me know so that we can formulate the best care plan for them until you return home. Please also let me know your preference regarding any grooming as explained in my Experience as well as with stimulating snacks as described in my Typical Day section. I am dedicated to making each visit as fun AND safe as possible.

~TYPICAL DAY~ I love to match your pet's energy and needs! With cats, I will ensure their water and food are fresh and that their litterbox is cleaned. I'll start by letting them decide if they want to approach me, and if there is a positive introduction, I will give them tons of pets where they tell me to pet them. Once they've warmed up, we'll play with some of their favorite toys, and then we'll get a bunch of snuggles in. I will always double-check food, water, and litter prior to leaving each visit. As I do with my own pets, I would love to let them explore new snacks for mental stimulation if it is approved by you first (usually blueberries, banana slices, raspberries, etc.). For the pups, I will refresh their food and water as necessary and immediately take them outside when I first arrive. We will play with their favorite toys, walk some new routes for new smells, explore only on-leash parks, and try new snacks in new methods if pre-approved by their parents (frozen sweet potato cubes, blueberries, cabbage leaves to tear apart, etc.). I love mentally and physically stimulating dogs, and one of my favorite ways to do that with my dogs are trying new, dog-friendly snacks in stimulating vessels (rolling up towels, licking mats, maze bowls, etc.). At the end of the day, we'll wind down with some dinner, more playing, another chill walk, and some snuggles while we watch TV or read/listen to books. I will be taking pictures/videos of them being adorable for you as well! Of course, if your fur-baby has special needs or activity restrictions/requirements, I will adhere to your wishes as discussed prior to the visit.

Hello! My name is Olive, and I vow to love on and care for your fur-babies as I do my own. I am fully insured and in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle. In addition to having my own companions, I grew up always having pets and have helped so many roommates/neighbors/family out with their pets that I've decided I want to expand because I love it so much. ~EXPERIENCE~ I absolutely love ALL walks of life. I've been caretaking for cats and several other species of pets for 20 years now. If there are special species you would like care for, please feel free to inquire directly about my specific experience. BONUS: I also come prepared with fancy footwork experience to block the door if your pet is an escape artist. In full transparency regarding dogs, I have a hip injury, so I am limited in the amount of weight I can handle on walks. I come with plenty of experience handling strong dogs; however, if they are big AND high-energy on walks, I am not comfortable walking them for their safety. Thank you for your understanding 💜 ~SERVICES~ I will be available to take out/walk dogs every 2-4 hours, distribute meals, refill/change water, administer oral or topical medication, refresh litter boxes, clean pet accidents, upkeep basic grooming, tending to plants, and help with other usual house-sitting tasks (basic housekeeping, bringing packages/mail in, etc.) unless previously discussed otherwise. These services are included in my rates and are obtainable between the hours of 8:00a-10:00p. ~BASIC GROOMING~ This service is optional. I have a lot of *personal* experience with very gently brushing pets' fur if it is already included in their daily routine, and they do not have any behavioral issues. I am also happy to keep their paws clean, dry them off if it rains, wipe their eyes/faces, etc. If they show any signs of stress, I will immediately stop and not continue. As a disclaimer: although I am insured for certain situations, I am *not* a professional groomer and do not want to put your pet under any unnecessary stress doing things they are not used to, and I am sure you feel the same. **I do not trim nails.** Please reach out if you think I would be a good fit for your furry loved ones!

Olive did a great job watching our puppy while we were out of town for a week. She was well loved, exercised, and taken care of! We are excited to work with Olive again in the future.
