Olivia is responsive and professional, and the couple of times she has stayed with my cat Louie, I always come home to a happy healthy little guy and a clean home. She took the time to learn our cat’s quirks and unique feeding needs/allergies, and takes the best cutest pictures of him! Recently Olivia went above and beyond during her stay, as she discovered a small flood in our bathroom when one of our toilets malfunctioned. She was calm and communicative, helped us contain and clean up the water (even going so far as to grab a bucket from our building’s utility closet and deal with toilet water!), turning off valves, using towels to contain things and speaking with insurance professionals who called her on the phone to understand what had happened. I could not have anticipated this happening while we were out of town, but I was very grateful that Olivia was there to tend to our house and our kitty and believe she is a great person to turn to in a high stake situation! Would definitely recommend Olivia to sit your furry children and home and look forward to having her back.

Olivia did a great job watching our pup! He can take a little bit at first to warm up to new people and it’s obvious Olivia was very calm and patient with him. She was good about giving daily updates and pictures and left our place spotless! We will definitely be asking for Olivia’s help again in the near future.
