Olivia did a great job with Apollo. He took off to explore upon entering her house and didn't even notice I left! She sent me updates and pictures letting me know he was doing fine and was flexible with the pick-up time when we were running late getting back to town.

Schedule
After caring for them into their golden senior age and taking a break from pets for a couple years, I'm ready to welcome fur balls back into my home. My motivation for pet sitting is to help out the animal lovers in my community. I hate to hear stories of owners that have to give up their pet because they are at work all-day or can't ever leave the pet alone, so let me help provide entertaining stimulation while you are away! I understand the importance of engagement and maintaining routines to keep pets happy as well as how to be patient with different personalities. Though I am not a professional dog trainer, I am prepared to implement any training or routines you have already established with your pet.

As for availability, I'm a remote event planner that only has to be on-site during actual events. Most days, this means I can be home all day with your pet providing play time, letting them outside to use the bathroom or to just hangout, and going for a daily walk. I live in a multi-generational household and my mother and brother love to also help out with the pets. Bonus – as a hobby photographer and content creator, you can expect to receive photo updates of your pet if requested.
A typical day
Boarding your dog with me will result in an entertaining and stimulating day. If applicable, you can expect your dog to be outside multiple times throughout the day for bathroom breaks and playtime. I have a pretty large fenced in yard that is perfect for playing fetch, sniffing, and sunbathing. You can also expect one 45-minute walk each day through a quiet neighborhood and park system (weather/health permitting).
