I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember! Growing up, I was surrounded by animals, which sparked my passion and provided me with invaluable hands-on experience. My family cared for dogs (2), cats (2), rabbits (1), hamsters (3), birds (10+), and fish (10+). I even practiced horseback riding as a child, gaining experience in stable maintenance and saddling horses. Over the years, I’ve worked in various animal focused settings, including shelters, pet shops, and dog boarding centers, accumulating over 8 years of professional experience. In 2021, I founded Passion for Paws, a nonprofit organization dedicated to rehoming dogs through a foster-based system. As the Founder and CEO, I work to provide exceptional care to every dog that comes into our organization, treating them as if they were my own. Families trust me to care for their beloved pets when they can no longer do so, and I help find those pets loving forever homes. I also hold a certification in dog obedience and behavior and have intermediate knowledge of animal healthcare, particularly with dogs and cats. I have hands on experience administering medications, addressing behavioral needs, and providing specialized care for a wide range of animals. Caring for animals is my life’s passion, and I am confident I can provide your furry family member with the love and care they deserve!
