Aside from my full time job (9-5pm), my schedule is open 24/7 for house sitting! Pets that can be left alone for 8 hours a day are preferred, however, I am happy to discuss options for pets who require more frequent potty breaks! **At this time, I am unable to accommodate extremely anxious animals who require someone with them at all times**

Pets receive two morning potty breaks—one as soon as we wake up and another right before I leave for work. Additionally, I provide an immediate potty break when I get home, followed by regular breaks every 2–4 hours throughout the evening. I can also accommodate early AM needs as well. Weather permitting, I can provide two daily walks to help keep pets active, comfortable, and happy. On weekends, potty-breaks will be provided every 2-4 hours. Updates with photos are provided daily.

Because of my clinical background, I can easily manage complex medical routines—like injections, precise pill dosages, and strict schedules—while quietly monitoring your pet for subtle changes in breathing, posture, or mood that others might miss. I don't discriminate based on age, size, breed, or temperament. All pets are happily welcomed!! My healthcare training ensures I stay calm, assess body language, and respect boundaries so they feel safe and loved. I know how stressful it is to trust someone with your fur babies, so my goal is to give them a calm, caring, and affectionate environment while giving you absolute peace of mind.

Olivia was fabulous and Frío (our cat) loved her. The house was left in great shape. We would love to have her sit again.
Olivia was absolutely wonderful!!! This was our first time having someone petsit for us through Rover and we were pretty nervous. We have an anxious Aussie, two older cats and two ferrets - so it's a lot. She immediately eased my nerves by sending lots of pictures and updates the entire stay and the pets warmed right up to her! Also it was SO NICE to come back from vacation and she had tidied up the house and brought in our packages for us. She will definitely be our #1 choice for taking care of our pets from here on out.
I left my dog with Olivia for ten days which I was a little nervous about but had no regrets! She was super responsive to reply when I was gone, sent me photos, and I came back to a happy, healthy dog! I already have more sittings booked with her.
Olivia was fabulous! This was the first time we went through this app to have someone watch our dogs and I was nervous to be honest but Olivia eased all of my anxiety. She did frequent check ins on how the dogs were doing, when it was a hot day she asked about doing a shorter walk so the dogs didn’t get too hot and our fur babies absolutely loved her! If your dogs mean the world to you, Olivia is a great person to care for them!
