Ratings and reviews
Olivia was wonderful, and I would definitely use her again in the future. Her apartment has a great fenced-in yard, and she took Hank on lots of walks during his stay. She kept us informed, was quick to respond on text, and sent pictures of Hank each day while we were gone. We would definitely recommend Olivia!

She was very good with communicating with me regarding how the visit was going and sent lots of pictures. She was very nice and followed all of the directions that I provided. Will be booking with her again!! :)

Olivia was so amazing! This was my first time leaving my dogs not with a family member, and I was so nervous. But Olivia was fantastic, my dogs loved her, she took such great care of them, sent me pictures daily and updated me on how they were doing. I felt so comfortable and at ease leaving them in the hands of her. I will def be rebooking with her if/when I go out of town next!

Olivia truly cares about animals. She sent me awesome updates with pix and videos of my pup enjoying himself in the backyard, etc! Olivia was flexible with pickup and drop off times as well. She’s also very aware of her dogs interactions with yours. I will happily rebook!
Sally’s stay with Olivia started out fabulously. I had to make last minute arrangements due to issues with two other sitters I was trying to work with. Olivia was very accommodating and agreed to watch Sally for 6 nights with only a couple hours notice. She sent updates and photos and things were going great while we were out of town. Then on the night of July 4 Olivia took Sally out for a walk around 10pm. Someone nearby set off a firecracker (or some such thing), which spooked Sally and caused Olivia to lose control of the leash which allowed Sally to run away. Olivia did contact me immediately and I could tell that she was very distraught at the turn of events. After being missing for two nights, a third party found Sally in a wooded area where her leash had gotten caught on a branch. I was able to remotely coordinate getting Sally back to Olivia and Olivia was helpful in getting Sally to be checked out at the local animal hospital and taking care of her until we returned from our trip. After my family returned from our trip, my wife and I had agreed that we’d ask Olivia to refund the $40 per night fee for the two nights that Sally was missing. When I picked Sally up, Olivia again apologized for letting Sally get away and offered to refund our entire 6 night stay. I thought that was very professional of her and I was satisfied with that so I never did request the refund for those two nights. Approximately 4 weeks have passed since Sally’s stay with Olivia and I have not been able to get in touch with Olivia regarding the refund she promised. Olivia has not responded to the multiple messages I’ve sent requesting an update on the process. I contacted Rover support and after reviewing my communications with Olivia, they contacted her about the promised refund and she apparently declined to issue the refund that she’d spoken to me personally about. So, after an initially positive experience with Olivia, I now have to say that overall, I would not recommend her for boarding services. For someone who is a self-described “full-time dog sitter”, I would have expected better judgement than taking a dog out for a walk at 10pm on the 4th of July. I would have expected someone who would be able to keep control of a dog’s leash when that dog got spooked and attempted to get away. I would have also expected a better resolution regarding the promised refund and communication surrounding that. This stay could have ended with a glowing review for a well-handled accident but has instead resulted in this negative review.

Olivia was very sweet with my pup, Ziggy and let me know every day how he was getting along. I appreciated the pics and feedback very much and would surely call Olivia again!
