It would be helpful for me to know if there are any specific behaviors I should be aware of before being around your pet or if there are situations that make them uncomfortable or afraid. I am very familiar with many different dog breeds so if I could know their breed as well that can be very helpful when choosing activities for them to enjoy.
A typical day
I love the outdoors and love to incorporate that as much as possible. Hikes, going to the park, walks around the block, anything to keep your pet stimulated. When indoors, brain challenging toys or puzzles for pets I find to be helpful with keeping them occupied. Different breeds excel at different tasks so working with their breed and personality is what I strive for.

Hi there! I joined Rover in 2025 but have been caring for animals for 8 years before that. I have a bachelors degree in animal science from Iowa State University as well as a background with dogs, cats, cattle, and other livestock animals. Animals have been a passion of mine since I was a young child which brought me to studying them and raising my own animals in adulthood. I have taken care of animals of all species and sizes. I am familiar with breed behaviors and specifications as well as basic medical care. Animals bring pure joy to my life and I can’t wait to love on your fur babies.
