Pet care experience
proud animal lover
I’ve had animals my entire life and am very comfortable caring for both cats and dogs. I grew up with a cat and a dog, so I’m experienced with daily care like feeding, walking, playtime, and recognizing when pets need extra attention or comfort. I also volunteered for over a year at Berea ARF, where I helped care for animals in a shelter environment. Through that experience I became comfortable working with pets of different temperaments and needs while helping them feel safe and cared for. In addition, I’ve been dog sitting and cat sitting for people on the side, so I’m familiar with entering a pet’s home environment, following routines, and making sure pets stay happy and stress-free while their owners are away. I truly love animals and always try to treat every pet like they’re my own.

Safety, trust & environment
I care for every pet the way I would want someone to care for my own. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and comfort level so they feel safe and relaxed while you’re away. Through volunteering at Berea ARF and pet sitting on the side, I’ve had experience with many different temperaments and needs. I’m very attentive, patient, and gentle, and I always prioritize safety on walks and in the home. I also know how important peace of mind is for pet parents, so I make sure to send updates and photos so you know your pet is happy and well cared for.
Ratings and reviews
Olivia is wonderful! She has taken care of my two cats, while I'm on vacation, a few times now. She goes above and beyond, and is very communicative, providing text updates and photos. She engages in playtime with them, and I know my cats are well cared for while I'm gone. She is my go-to sitter, and I highly recommend!

Schedule
I’m currently in school, so my days are structured around my class schedule. Because of that, I’m really intentional about the time I dedicate to pet care. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting before classes, between classes when possible, and in the afternoons/evenings. Spending time with animals is honestly one of the best parts of my day, so I love building it into my routine. I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats and have also volunteered for over a year at Berea ARF, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life.

- I love learning about each pet’s unique personality ahead of time. It’s really helpful to know their routine, energy level, any medical needs, triggers, or things that make them feel most comfortable. Every animal is different, and I want to make sure I respect what works best for them. My experience volunteering at Berea ARF also taught me how important patience and understanding are, especially with animals who may be shy, anxious, or still learning. The more I know about your pet beforehand, the better I can make sure they feel safe, understood, and cared for.
