I’m a middle school teacher, so pet sitting is reserved for after school hours, during Fall, Winter, and/or Summer breaks. I’m flexible and communicate often and quickly!

For my personal cats, I spoil them like crazy! They have all of the toys they could ask for and I play with them often. I can tell when they’re ready to cuddle and relax, and I love this time! They take a nap on my lap and I get to crochet! I love on others pets the same way. If there’s a treat station and a favorite toy, let me know so I can spoil the clients pets too! I’ve watched plenty of older pets who just need a companion to sit on the couch with them, so I always bring my crochet things to fill the time.

1. Their eating habits, what is their breakfast and dinner routine. 2. As a longhaired cat owner, I know there are grooming routines, so I’d like to know if there’s a certain brush to use and how often to brush them. 3. Any medications that the pets need and the routine to take them.
A typical day
As a pet owner myself, I understand that there are favorite activities depending on the pet. I am completely adaptable and will do what makes the pet feel loved. If they enjoy playing fetch, we will definitely go outside. If the kitty enjoys a laser, we will play laser chase! I’ve also crocheted toys while the kitties nap and they wake up to a brand new fish to pounce! I’m also active, so if it’s a puppy that wants to go on a run, I’m down to go on a run!

Pet care experience
I’ve stayed in houses caring for multiple pets such as dogs and cats. One home had 5 dogs, 2 whom were blind, and all puppies used pads to use the restroom. All puppies had a specific eating regimen that I had no problem taking notes on and catering to. I’ve dropped in to feed cats, but being a cat mom myself, I do not mind spending quality time with the kitties!
