My cat is an indoor only cat, so her daily care is litter box duties, meal time, and play time. My dogs get their daily walk in, or swimming if the weather is nice. I have my own hobby farm and care for various livestock including chickens, goats, sheep, and my alpaca Kevin. I try to incorporate as much enrichment as I possibly can every day! My goal is to care for your pets the best I can, whether it is walks, playtime, mealtime, etc. I will keep your pup in your preferred routine that makes them the happiest while you’re away!

Any special needs like dietary restrictions, medications, exercises, injuries, or specific routine adjustments that are needed for caring for your animals is a huge help when booking, for myself and your animals! Please include any resource guarding when feeding or playing, as well as if the animal needs special direction when administering medication. Ex. Will only take pills with cheese or needs to be distracted/muzzled when administering. If you want photo/video updates I’d be happy to do so:)

Pet care experience
I’ve owned and loved animals all my life, from exotics to dogs and everything in between. I turned my love for animals into a career when I graduated from the Veterinary Assistant program in 2021 and have been working with animals daily ever since. I have over 30x certification in animal education including Animal Behaviour, Animal Enrichment and pet first-aid. I have experience administering various medications, including oral meds and insulin for diabetic pets, and caring for sweet seniors. I volunteer at the SPCA where Olivia is employed. As you may know already, not all animals that come to the SPCA have had the easiest life and may have behavioral issues. Olivia and her equally fabulous coworkers take so much time and care to help these animals to develop healthy social interactions, so that they may eventually be part of a family. Olivia's job is not where her involvement with animals ends, her entire being is structured around her love for animals. She is the proud pet parent of several dogs and cats and the proud partner of a hobby farm (pet only). Her entire life revolves around the love and care for animals. I would be more than happy to have Olivia care for my own pet. It would be my absolute recommendation to have Olivia become a member of your team!
I had the privilege of working with Olivia at the SPCA for about 8 months. My first impression of Olivia was that she was very hard-working. She needed little direction to perform her daily duties and completed them promptly. She was always willing to help me if I was having an issue with a task or one of the animals at the shelter. She is very patient with all the animals that come into our care, regardless of their temperaments. Even the most timid animals seemed to warm up to her in no time. She is also great at interacting with potential adopters, volunteers, and donors. Every person who talked with her left with a smile on their face. And most importantly, she is so compassionate and has such a strong love of animals. She cares for all living things equally and treats them with respect. I have witnessed this with the animals at the shelter, and her own pets. I personally think you could not find a better person to care for your animals than Olivia.
Olivia is an amazing and very trustworthy animal caretaker and has been for many years.She regularly cares for and walks my dogs, as well as the animals she works with.She loves making sure every animal has the best care possible and would be a great caregiver for Rover!
Olivia is the best pet lover I know, she also went to school for Veterinary Assistance and is very well versed in pet health. She will take excellent care of your pets. She absolutely adores what she does and devotes her time to helping animals in need. Your pets will be in the utmost best care you could ever imagine. She was amazing with my old senior dog when we went on vacation, he’s a cranky old man who doesn’t like anyone but us, but he absolutely adored Olivia and I could never recommend her more!!!
