A Cat and a Dog Person
I helped raise the family dog (5 pound Maltese) and took care of her throughout her puppy years and senior years. I helped potty train her and taught her basic tricks (such as how to sit). I groomed her, took her on walks, and would carry her when walking became too tiring for her. I also administered medication during her senior years. I have watched over the pets of family friends and neighbors. Some of these instances include: a household of 1 medium sized dog, 1 cat, and 1 turtle; a senior medium sized poodle that was partially deaf and blind; a large boxer; a household of 2 cats. I have experience with cat and dog care. For cat care I have experience with nail trimming and litter box cleaning as well as medication administration.

Safety, trust & environment
I only offer care for pets in my client's home. I am willing to house sit alongside pet sitting (and will take care of any additional housework that you need to be done-such as watering/weeding plants, cleaning, bringing in mail). I love cuddling with the pets I take care of and have no problem with sleeping with them to prevent them from getting anxious at night. I will make sure to walk pets everyday, follow dietary restrictions, and follow any specific routines. I would be happy to help with training as well. When I am pet sitting I often send photos to the owners to let them know how everything is going at home :)

We have a very anxious dog but after we were gone for a day I knew I didn’t have to worry. Olivia was always in touch with me and sent many pictures. She has just the right demeanor for anxious dogs and Phoebe took to her quickly. Giving meds and dealing with Phoebe’s different foods and odd schedule was not a problem for Olivia. The house was left clean and she even cleaned the bathroom! Would use her again when she’s not in school. We were gone 5 days and all was well when we came back. Thanks Olivia!

Olivia helped us thru a time when one spouse was travelling extensively and the other was working full time and we had a new puppy who was not yet ready to stay alone. She took great care, was always on time, and was a delight to work with. We recommend her to anyone with pet needs and will certainly use her as a sitter in the future.

Olivia is so wonderful! She absolutely spoiled our pup while she spent the weekend with her! I got to stay up on their adventures because Olivia is great at sending pictures/communicating! Cannot recommend her highly enough!

Schedule
Only available during summers :) I will be able to do my coursework for my Ed.S degree online during the summertime. I will be attending graduate school August of 2026 till May of 2028.

- I want to know if there are any dietary restrictions or allergies that I need to be aware of. I also need to know if the pet has any visual/hearing impairments so that I can best know how to engage with the pet. If there is any specific times for a routine (especially in regards to a set time for oral medication distribution). It would also be helpful to know how the pet responds to strangers so I can be prepared for any anxiety or possible hostility and can work on overcoming that.
