Thank you so much for watching Raven while I was out of the country. I never had to worry that she was in good hands!!

While Milo was fed, watered and had a roof over his head I feel Olivia's customer communication could improve. I was told by Olivia's boyfriend at drop off that we would receive updates and pictures. I did receive updates and photos only after asking through the app and after waiting an additional 12 hours. I asked that Milo was fed in isolation, but photos of Milo showed him being fed near a larger Doberman-type breed. While I didn't explicitly ask, I was not made aware of other large dogs outside of Olivia's own dogs and the dog they were sitting when I dropped off Milo. I feel that this is important information for a customer. Especially of a dog of that breed and size. When we did receive an update after asking, we were told that Milo went on a walk. Milo wears a GPS tracking collar and our app indicated that he never left the house. While I wasn't there and cannot confirm with 100% accuracy that he didn't leave the house. The Fi collar has never given us faulty data and provides very precise location, step count, sleeping patterns and if/when the collar is removed. As a fellow pet-sitter, I am disappointed in the quality of service that was provided. The service was adequate. I was hoping for more communication and the feeling that I was leaving Milo with a fellow lover of animals.

Olivia was nice to work with and she communicates well. We had her for drop in visits for our two cats for 6 days and turned out that the litter wasn’t cleaned when we returned. She mentioned that she was planning to clean the litter on the last day and got confused the day of that she had one more visit. It seemed like the litter wasn’t cleaned for more than 2 days judging by how cluttered it was. We had to air out the house due to the smell and bathe our cats as they were stinking from using the uncleaned litter box. We already had an automatic food dispenser and a water fountain so we expected her to clean the litter box daily and unfortunately that didn’t happen.

She was good and adjusting which I really loved . Dogs were happy too .

Olivia was amazing with Raven. Great communication and Raven was very happy.

Levi had another great stay with Olivia and crew! They were extra accommodating and allowed him to stay for a little bit longer than expected due to an unexpected change in plans. Much, much appreciated!!!
