Comfortable with Dogs of All Sizes
This summer, I completed two house sits in the UK, one for 3 weeks and another for 5 weeks, caring for dogs throughout their stay. I also have experience dog walking for people during my time in the US.i Additionally I grew up with a Great Pyrenees as well as smaller dogs, so I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes and breeds.

I think it’s really important to understand each dog’s individual routine, personality and personal space, especially when caring for them in their own home. I always take the time to understand their usual schedule, including walks, meals, playtime and rest. I’ll make sure they receive plenty of attention, affection and care, while also respecting their space when they need some quiet time. Most importantly, I want every dog to feel safe, comfortable and completely at ease while their owner is away.

Oliver and his partner Addie looked after our two black Labradors and our cat for three weeks in June 2026. We were delighted with the diligence and professionalism they showed. We came home to a very clean house and three happy pets. This went as far as our old dog Ozzie welding himself against Oliver in our kitchen when we arrived home! We unequivocally support and provide positive reference for Oliver as a Rover carer!
Oliver has dog sat for my two dogs while I have been away for two weeks. All the usual care for the dogs was carried out including long walks. He is responsable and caring, he truly loves animals and talks to the dogs calmly and kindly. He understands their needs and goes about fulfilling those needs. I highly recommend him.

Schedule
Currently, I only work evenings, and I have the flexibility to choose my own hours. I also run an online startup and do food deliveries by bike around lunchtime. Because of this, I’m hoping to do most of my pet care in the mornings. However, both of my other occupations are very flexible, so I can easily work around anyone’s needs and schedule!
