I wanted to give a good rating but I have had some difficulties with my dog ever since I got him back. I will start with the pros: Olha is responsive, she has a big home so I’m guessing there is plenty of space for dogs to play. Olha allowed me to keep my dog 3 hours after the original pick up time due to my flight being delayed. Cons: My dog came back home with a huge rash on his private area, seems like something caused him to have an allergic reaction (according to my vet). My dog had constant diarrhea the first 2 days I got him back and now he is showing signs of semi solid poop. He was even pooping 2-3 times in a 20 minute spans. When my dog came home, he did not want to be touched and even ran away from me scared when he usually does not do that. Another weird thing is that it seems like her husband is doing the care taking (he is not listed on her page) when I picked up my dog, all he said was “your dog is hyper” but did not provide me any further feedback. (According to Olha, her husband was an ex dog trainer) I did not get many updates while I was away. I had to constantly message for an update and one of the days it even took 2 days for a picture of video. The leash I took my dog in was soaked when I got it back, and my prong collar was damaged, it falls apart now and there are missing plastic tips. My dog was weighing 67 pounds when I dropped him off and is currently weighing 60 pounds, 7 pound loss during the stay which made me and the vet a bit concerned. I walked my dog last night and when we went face to face with another dog, he was scared out of his mind. Lastly, I had my dog groomed 2 days before I dropped him off, and he smelled horrible when I got him back. I am giving a 3/5 stars due to the fact they were nice enough to keep my dog when my flight was delayed, but there was complications when I got him back
