Hi! Thanks for checking out my profile, here’s a little about me. My family has had at least 1 dog and 1 cat in the house since I was 8 years old. My family currently has 2 dogs (yellow lab and black wire-haired dachshund), and 1 cat (Siberian). I used to be an equestrian, have watched many different animals (including guinea pigs), I’ve volunteered at dogs shelters, and recently cared for a 2 month old puppy. As you can expect, I am very comfortable with animals and attuned to their unpredictability and unique needs (potty training and feeding schedules, gentle socializing, chew-proofing the house, reading their moods and managing the energy of multiple animals at once. I’m a very sensitive person, so being around cats and dogs especially brings me joy and peace! They definitely sense that because whenever I visit my parents all my pets follow me around like tails! If I didn’t travel often, I would get a pet of my own. On a more personal note, I love being outdoors and finding any green space possible (especially in NYC), so your dogs will enjoy walks with me! I’m very attentive to garbage eating/smelling/stepping on walks, especially in NYC, so your dog will be safe with me!
