Where do I even start with this review? First off, Lolita, my Bernese Mountain Dog, has officially found her second favorite human. From the get-go, Olga met Lolita when I first adopted her and it was 'puppy love at first sight.' She's always there when I need to leave for a weekend trip. She sometimes even asks me ahead of time if I plan to leave any time soon so she can spend time with my pup. The daily photo updates (and yes, there were many - I think I have enough to start Lolita's own Instagram now) keep me in the loop and constantly knowing what they are up to. She's also a great plant mom, and has saved a few of my plants while I'm away.
Olga was a fantastic sitter. After a lengthy trip, we came home to an immaculate house and, more crucially, a content and healthy pet. She meticulously attended to every aspect of cleanliness, often going the extra mile. She even handled a situation with a noisy and disrespectful neighbor with grace, and though we felt sorry about it, she seemed to manage it effortlessly. Our dog is currently on several medications for a skin infection, and Olga diligently followed all the instructions, ensuring our dog continued her recovery seamlessly. As a couple who loves receiving frequent updates and pictures, we hope we weren't too demanding for her. Following a disappointing experience with another sitter, we are incredibly grateful for a professional like Olga. We would absolutely choose Olga again for our house sitting needs
