While I’m at work, she watches over our furry friends, making sure they feel safe, entertained, and never alone. Together, we create a warm environment where your pet is always part of the family.

It’s important for me to know your pet’s daily routine, favorite activities, any fears or sensitivities, and how they usually react to new people. I’d also love to hear about their medical needs, feeding schedule, and what makes them feel safe and happy. The more I know, the better I can care for them like family.
A typical day
I love spending time with animals and making each day special for them. We’ll go for walks and play games. I follow your pet’s favorite activities whether it’s chasing toys, exploring the neighborhood, or just relaxing. My daughter also joins in, so your pet gets extra attention throughout the day.

I’ve been caring for pets for years, both professionally and personally. My daughter and I share a deep bond with our rescue cat Luna, and together we’ve learned how to build trust, respect routines, and honor each animal’s personality. I bring that same dedication to every pet I meet, offering not just care, but companionship, safety, and a sense of home while you’re away.

Oksana was great — she followed all instructions, kept the pups happy and well cared for, and left the house spotless. We came home to calm, content dogs and everything exactly as we left it. Highly recommend!
Oksana and her daughter Dawn housesat our 2 pups for 4 days while we are out of town. They were both super sweet and trustworthy. They sent daily updates & pictures. Our house was well taken care of and clean when we returned. With all of that said- I think Oksana & Dawn lack experience and confidence with dogs (especially larger dogs). We have a 1 year old 55lb lab/Rottweiler mix who was very nervous & scared in our absence, as we had never left her with anyone before. Oksana and her daughter had stopped by to meet our dogs on two different occasions prior to our departure and assured us they were comfortable watching them. Upon arrival, Oksana and her daughter were super scared of our big pup and refused to get near her or touch her after she barked, growled and “tried to bite them”. Our pup is so sweet and doesn’t have a mean bone in her body- she was just simply nervous and scared and it’s nothing an experienced sitter couldn’t handle with some treats & love to win her over. Oksana attempted to walk my dog but because she was scared of my pup she didn’t secure her collar properly and she could have easily backed out of her collar and run away- which was deeply concerning for me. She also left my pups walking collar on inside the house for an entire day because she was “too scared” to take it off her- I eventually had to contact a friend to come over and help remove the collar. I left 3 brand new bones for our big pup to enjoy that would help with any anxiety & boredom- no bones were given until the final day of the sitting. We also instructed her to please take the dogs outside to potty either on leash or in our fenced in yard every 5-6 hours. The evening of the first day I asked if our little dog (18lb chihuahua mix) had been out yet. She said he had not because he was hanging out in the upstairs bedroom didn’t want to come downstairs to go out -meanwhile it had been 9 hours since he had been outside to go potty. I told her she needed to go up and get him & bring him outside. I feel like this is common sense for any animal caretaker. I think Oksana would do best with older, easy going & calm pups and/or cats. :) Thank you so much Oksana & Dawn for taking care of our pups & home!
