I cannot recommend Odalys enough! She took exceptional care of my dog, Drake, for an entire week, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She made sure he received his food, medication, love, attention, and everything he needed to feel comfortable and happy. What I appreciated most was that she kept me updated every day with pictures, videos, and messages about how Drake was feeling and behaving. It gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Although there were other dog sitters much closer to my home, I happily drove 15 minutes to leave Drake with Odalys because I knew he would be in the best hands. She truly treats every pet like family. Thank you, Odalys, for your kindness, dedication, and for taking such wonderful care of Drake. I will definitely trust you with him again and highly recommend you to anyone looking for a loving and reliable pet sitter! ❤️🐾
Ms Odalys was wonderful and did an outstanding job watching over our little girl for 8 days. However, I gave her 4 out of 5 because we were surprised to see our little girl locked up outside in a cage when we arrived to pick her up, our little girl has never been in a cage in her life, infact she has her own space in our home. We do take some responsibility because we did not do walk through prior to leaving her behind. Ms Odalys did send pics and a video when we asked how she was doing and we though that was nice. The dog cage threw us for a loop, we can't get past or unsee that.
Odalys was great. Samosa came back smelling great. her home is very clean. She has an outdoor area where the dogs are free to roam as well.
