Best sitter I’ve used! She sent updates everyday, with pictures. She respond quickly whenever I messaged. I was rushing when I set the apt so I didn’t adjust the pickup and drop off time, she went above and beyond working with me on this which I appreciate so much. I know my dog enjoyed her because he won’t eat right away when I’m away and he ate for her. I will definitely be using her in the future!

Do not leave your animal here! I was in a desperate last minute situation over the holiday and needed somewhere to leave my cat. Upon getting there and seeing the apartment I immediately got a horrible feeling - the location was terrible, the apartment had next to no furniture, a mattress on the floor, smoke alarm beeping, and stuff everywhere. Upon my cat being picked up he was hiding in a closed kitchen cabinet! This being my first experience with Rover I was mortified to find they do not vet the actual places our animals will be staying. Do not make my mistake!! Meet with the person first, see the location, and trust your gut above all else. I am thankful he is okay and that she was at least semi-responsive and available, but would never go near here again.
