Working at Dogotopia provided me with invaluable insights into dog behavior, as I immersed myself in understanding the intricacies of canine psychology and social dynamics. Through frequent pet-sitting opportunities, I honed my skills in providing attentive and compassionate care to furry companions of all shapes and sizes. However, the most rewarding aspect of my pet care journey has been owning and training my beloved dog, Ocean. As both companion and pupil, Ocean has been my constant source of joy and inspiration, teaching me patience, empathy, and the profound bond that can exist between human and canine. Together, these experiences have shaped me into a confident and knowledgeable pet caregiver, ready to embark on any challenge that comes my way.

Living in a townhouse without a fenced backyard may seem limiting, but the proximity to multiple parks offers an ideal alternative for allowing dogs to expend their energy safely while fostering healthy socialization skills. I’m able to provide your furry companions with essential care, coupled with knowledge of CPR and drug administration, ensuring their well-being and safety in any situation. Whether it's maintaining their daily needs such as food, water, and exercise, or addressing potential emergencies, such as injuries or illnesses, having the skills and knowledge to administer CPR and medication can be life-saving. Additionally, I have a friendly, happy-go-lucky dog named Ocean, who is an absolute delight. His outgoing and sociable nature brings a contagious energy to every interaction, whether it's at the dog park, on neighbourhood walks, or during playdates with furry companions. Ocean’s wagging tail and playful demeanour will instantly put your fur baby at ease, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and joy.

I have used many walkers over the years, and Nyala has to be one of the best walkers I’ve ever seen, she is patient and very knowledgeable, loving and very friendly with our pooch. I highly recommend her
Nyala was extremely polite and friendly. She walked Zeus even in cold and windy weather which was beyond expectations and well noted. Given her experience handling large dogs, she managed Zeus’s high energy very well. We will definitely rebook!

Schedule
I’m a University student taking time off. I now have a free schedule dedicated to caring for my dog Ocean, which is not just a responsibility but a joyful commitment. With three hour-long walks scheduled throughout the day – in the morning, noon, and night – Ocean's well-being and happiness are my top priorities. I can’t wait to provide this same dedication to your furry friend.
