I work full time at a hospital, which equates to 3 shifts a week, 12 hours long each shift. This gives me 4 days off a week. Unfortunately, I don’t work set shifts so my schedule changes week by week but I get my rota through 2 months in advance so can plan around it easily! I can also request days off if far enough in advance if needed! My days off are generally spent going on walks (when I’m not doing house work!) or reading.

Please let me know if there are any behaviours I should be aware of. I don’t have any experience with reactive dogs so would need a lot of guidance. I am happy to look after dogs either additional needs too!
A typical day
I love an off lead walk where I can let your dog sniff around as much as they need! We can play games and practice any training. If they need a slower paced on lead walk, that’s perfect for me too! If your dog loves a friend, I can bring along my family’s super playful Vizsla too :)

Pet care experience
I’ve been looking after dogs since I was around 14 when I would house and dog sit for a neighbour’s beautiful English Setter! I also spent a summer looking after a neighbour’s horses and goats (best summer of my life!). I have a family dog, Pepper, who lives in my family home. I trained her as a puppy and walk her regularly. I miss having animals in my daily life so can’t wait to meet some lovely dogs in my area!

Another lovely sitting experience with Nyah ❤️ Marnie had a lovely day with Nyah and enjoyed her walks over the heath. Was wonderful to know Marnie was in perfect hands while I was at work.
Nyah was absolutely wonderful. Great communication from start to finish and arrived exactly on time. She was also very flexible when I had to change timings last minute. Nyah took great care of Marnie who has only just recently been spayed. Have already booked again!
Nyah has always been wonderful with our family dog. She has taken time to train her and and always been kind and caring towards her in every aspect of her care.
Nyah is probably the most caring person I know. I have seen her look after and engage with both cats and dogs for 20 + years. I would have no hesitation in recommending her for this work.
