Nya is fantastic. Book her! But not at the same time we need her. ;) Nya was prompt, communicative, and kind. We could tell our dog loved her. She kept a regular feeding and walking schedule, even running her when possible. Just can't say enough good things.

When I chose Nya as a pet sitter, we had a conversation about their availability. I interpreted the conversation that they would be able to take care of my pets. What really happened was my dogs were left unattended for 12 hours the first day and 13 hours for the second. On the fourth day, Nya stated they had a half day in the office but was out of the house from 6:30am to 4:05pm. The only reason I was made aware of this situation was because I never saw Nya return back to my house on my Ring camera and personally reached out to them. I clearly had notes stating the dogs should be walked four times a day and that one dog shouldn't be left alone for a long period of time. There was no communication that those requests would not be met. I have never left my dogs alone for that long and would have never agreed to such terms if I wasn't informed upfront. I feel that Nya withheld information in order to obtain the booking. If you so decide to choose Nya I would recommend clearly asking if they would be working and how long they believed that would be. On the first two days, Nya stated they was held back in the office past their normal departure time. Keep in mind, I live in NE DC and it appears Nya had to commute over an hour to get back to my place from the office. On a positive note, my house was left clean and my dogs appeared to be fed.

Nya was wonderful with Ginger and kept in touch with us sending great pictures. We felt we didn’t even need to think about it. We will definitely have her sit for Ginger again!!!

Mya did a wonderful job. She was so sweet with my dog Olive and gave me daily updates. I am always worried about leaving Olive with a sitter but Nya but me fully at ease. She was also very respectful of my space and was great about communicating.

Nya was great with Ollie, and sent us daily updates. Would 10/10 recommend Nya to anyone looking for someone to watch your pup while you are out of town.

Nya was terrific. Would 10 out of 10 recommend Nya and will be using Nya to watch our dog again. Nya took our dog for runs around the neighborhood, provided timely updates and made sure our dog was safe and happy the entire time.
