Well where do I start.. I had a last minute business trip for work I had to attend. The person I’ve previously booked with in the past was out of town so I had to find another person to dog sit my furbaby . When I first did the meet & greet with “ Deedee” at that moment I should have found someone else to watch my dog. When we first met she was very quiet didn’t talk at all I thought maybe she was just nervous and maybe I should kick off the conversation and ask her questions. Again she was not talkative at all and she only rubbed my dog for one minute and then it was an awkward silence between us she was just standing there. The meet and greet only lasted 5 mins I kid you not . Even though the meet and greet didn’t go as I wanted I was still hopeful that the boarding will go well since she had “good “ reviews. The day comes where I drop my dog off , after dropping off my dog I don’t hear from her within a couple hours so I check on my dog to make sure everything is okay she stated that he is fine okay fine with me . This is the second red flag The next day go by it’s like 6pm and I don’t hear anything from her at all no update , picture , NOTHING you would think if someone is taking care of your dog they would communicate with you everyday even if its just a little photo or simple update on how they are doing for the day nope not her!! I was the one reaching out to her everyday and not only that when I did reach out it would take hours for her to respond and she would claim “ I just saw this” meaning she just saw my message 4 hours later that is unacceptable. Then she claimed that my dog keeps trying to “pee” in the house hmmm sounds weird to me because the first day you said he was doing good now the second day he is trying to use the bathroom in the house my dog is house trained and I never had a complaint from anyone saying that he use the bathroom in there home whether he was at one of my friends house or wherever and I asked her how often does she take him out for a walk so when I ask her that she blames it on “maybe because he is in a new home” . That is untrue although this my second time using rover the previous lady that watched him before did not have that problem with my dog at all . Finally the day comes where it’s time to pick up my dog I informed her the day before that I would be at her house no later than 12:15pm for pick up and she confirmed ( hours later ) . The day of I inform her that I am on my way to her from the air port I would be there at 12:07 according to my GPS . She did not respond until I am 18 mins away from her home saying “ Got it “ with a thumbs up . I get to her home and let her know I am out front at this time it is 12:07pm she is taking all day to come out. I told you a day before and let you know what time I would be there to pick up my dog and everything was not set to go. What if had something somewhere else to be ? No consideration at all . Those 4 days worrying about my baby was so horrible . I am very upset because this is my second time using rover and I wanted to feel some type of comfort that my dog was okay and I did not feel that at all. I will not be using her in the future.

DeeDee did a great job, I would recommend her for future stays with furry friends. I will use her again in the future as needed.

Deedee was great! Responded within minutes if i had any questions or just checking up on my fur baby(coco) . She Sent pictures as well and my dog seemed to get along very well with her and coco can be a bit difficult sometimes so i was impressed.

I had the pleasure of having Deedee dog sit my baby Dior. Dior is a corgi that I got as a gift from my boyfriend 3 years ago. Deedee was really patient and attentive with Dior and she seemed to warm up to her very quickly. I really appreciate her taking time to watch over Dior while I was travelling.

She was very good with my dog, she took care of him; my dog has special needs and requires constant attention most of the time, and she handled it well...any time I'm out of the country I would always drop off my dog with her.
