Novelette was wonderful! She sent regular updates and pictures and took excellent care of our pups! She went above and beyond . Skye had a medical issue that required meds and care and she was on top of it as if she were her own! Would definitely recommend her !
Novelette was amazing! We are very nervous dog parents because we’ve never left Niko with someone who wasn’t a family member. But she immediately made us feel at ease. She sent lots of photos and texts to make sure we knew he was well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Novelette to anyone looking for someone to care for their furry (or not so furry in Nikos case) baby. ☺️❤️
Novelette was absolutely amazing with my senior chihuahua. For starters, she was able to take the reservation last minute which alleviated so much stress. She was super flexible with drop off and pick up times as well. Most importantly though, she sent me regular updates the entire time via photo, video and text. Tucker looked so incredibly happy and comfortable. Cannot recommend her enough!
Novelette was wonderful. Stormy loved absolutely loved her and I appreciate her professionalism and experience with caring for my baby.
Novelette was amazing with Brody. She was very informative and sent me pictures of her interactions with him. She even began working with him because he likes to pull during walks. I appreciate her love and attentiveness to Brody. I’m definitely booking again!!
Okay, I am sorry. Cannot find another way to leave message on Rover. FYI, there is no "3-dotted icon in the upper right corner of the upcoming tab so that I can modify a booking." As Novelette & I discussed this week, I will not need daycare on August 10, 13, 24,27, and 31, or September 3. This is a combination of her and my vacation weeks and will be a rare exception to our regular Monday & Thursday schedule. Thank you for your attention, and here is my review: "Bruce loves visiting Novelette and is making a great adjustment there. She is very warm, nurturing, and responsive to his needs. We could not be happier with how things are going so far. Thank you!"
