I'd love to have a meet and greet with you and your dog to see if we would get along. Beforehand, I'd love to know more about your dog's temperament, what their physical activity level is like, and any behavioral issues they may have. I'd also love to know how they get along with other dogs, other animals and strangers, so I can be prepared for anything that may occur on a walk.

A typical day at our home is spent outside in the yard, relaxing on the front porch or napping in the house. We can adjust our activities to fit your pets needs - whether it be a lot of activity or just a lot of relaxing and naps.

Hi there, I'm Norm! My partner Stoney and I can't wait to meet you and your pets! We have been in the pet industry for over a decade and each have been around dogs and cats our whole lives. We also have experience with other pets and even livestock and Stoney loves horses and donkeys (he grew up with horses). We live on a 3 acre property in the Cedar Creek, TX area that is big and spacious and has a secure fenced in front yard and plenty of space to roam around and explore. We have dogs and cats of our own that can either meet your pet, or we have the space inside and out, that your pet can have their own space. We also built an outdoor dog wash, with hot and cold water, so we can bath your pet (additional rates may apply). Our service area is quite large as we both work in Austin, so we can usually make any Drop-In and House Sitting service work either in Austin, Cedar Creek, Bastrop or surrounding areas. Please note that we may charge a minimum rate on House Sittings where overnight stays are required) If you have any questions, please feel free to ask and check out our great reviews – we have lots of them and repeat clients and had over 500 5-star reviews on another service. We hope to provide you peace of mind while you are away from your pets, so that you can enjoy your time and be present in the moments. We both work full time outside of the home but have different schedules which works out great for our pet care services. Someone is home at our house, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and with our schedules, the longest our pets are left alone are 4-5 hours Wed - Friday. Our schedules also allow us some flexibility in our service times and can be adjusted to fit your needs! We live on a 3 acre property with a fenced in front yard and large covered front porch. Our fence is secure and we have doggy gates on each entrance to our porch, so your dog will be safe and secure. Our dogs love the big front yard, with plenty of places to run around, sniff and explore. If it gets too hot, there is plenty of shade around the yard and on the covered front porch. In our home, we have plenty of space to keep everyone happy and we can keep animals separated at all times if need be.

Norman was very accommodating to take care of my Petey Poo at the last minute! Petey has a lil separation anxiety and Stephen totally understood and helped sooth him.
Norm and Steve did a great job of house sitting our dogs while we were away from home!
