Norman G has been our local mom-and-pop pet shop go-to employee to help with any/all of our needs. He genuinely listens and sympathizes. When our young dog had a foxtail our vet changed her diet and things seemed hopeless.. until we met Norman! His dog's pickiness and allergies put us on the same page regarding diet. Our animal's temperament and breed put them at equal risk for foxtails, poisonous plants, and snakes. As thought-out as I may have thought I was going into being a first-time solo pet parent, he really solidified my knowledge. I gained so much more, to make sure my dog and I were well prepared. We were sad to hear he was leaving the store, however, we are much more excited to see him thrive in his next upcoming adventures! We can't wait to hopefully work with his training skills, he is truly THE animal whisper
