It was our first time leaving Luna (our rescue who we believe was previously traumatized) so we were a little anxious. We couldn't have asked for better. Norma was amazing. She stayed in our home to look after Luna and looked after both as if they were her own. The house looked amazing and Luna was calm and relaxed, clearly well looked after. Norma sent us regular updates and pictures which were much appreciated. We would highly recommend Norma if you are looking for someone who is conscientious with a genuine love of animals. Norma is the absolute best!!! She takes the greatest care of any pet she is with. She is always giving them extra care and attention. She is very trustworthy and so patient. My dog loves seeing her!
