Cats and dogs I love them all
I have always loved animals. Dogs and cats have been a part of my life since I was a kid. I know that each dog or cat has unique personalities and each breed have inherent traits. I do know how to administer medications. I have lots of room for the dogs to run outside. I only walk dogs that are leash trained and used to seeing other dogs while walking. I also have a beautiful and secure catio for cats that like being outdoors or even a breath of fresh air. I make sure the yard is cleaned up every day. The cat boxes are also cleaned daily. Because I usually only one dog or cat at a time, I feel I can give them all the attention and love they need. I will accept multiple dogs or cats if they are from the same household .Occasionally my daughter’s dog Georgia comes during but only with my clients permission. I really believe I provide the best care that the owners would want for their pets.

Norma was so caring for our two large dogs! She has a great yard and doggie door making it super easy for our dogs to feel comfortable. She stayed communicative throughout our booking and sent lots of pictures and videos. I would love to book with her again!

Schedule
I am retired so I’m home most days. If I do leave I usually not gone too long. If I go for more than usual the client will be notified. Occasionally I do have my daughter’s dog stay for a day or two during week days but I check with the owners first.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large 6 foot fenced backyard. Dogs have a doggy door so they can come and go as they please. I also have a large catio for cats. They also can come and go inside or outside. I can’t sit for dogs and cats together UNLESS they come from the same household. I can take dogs for short walks if they’d like to. My house is very clean and comfortable. I don’t mind them being on the furniture or bed.
A typical day
Most warm days I’m out in the yard with the dogs. I will take them for walks if leash trained. Love to play fetch and use other toys. The catio has ways to climb high and scratching post. It has a warming cat house outside and of course toys. I have a chair in it so I can sit with the cats and play with them.
