Norma has been such an amazing support for dog care with Rosie! She is reliable, great communication and is so good with my dog. So sad to be moving away - we will miss her!!

Unfortunately, my overall experience with Norma was negative. Although I thought my puppy was safe with her, she was not at home each evening when I picked up my puppy. Her partner was with my dog instead. Norma is the person on Rover, not her partner. She did take my puppy out for a walk each day, which was appreciated. I asked questions before hiring her of what I needed as to the hours, and she accepted them. Then the next day she complained about the money and the hours she needed to take care of my puppy. She became nasty in her texts to me which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional; I was paying for her service. I felt that taking care of my puppy was inconvenient or a burden to her. She was never happy to see my puppy in the mornings, and was not there when I picked my puppy after work. Her partner was. Because she complained about the money, I gave her another fifty dollars cash which is not part of Rover's services and should not have had to pay. I don't recommend her services at all. It did not seem to matter when an agreement is made. I do not feel confident that she will comply to those terms without nasty texts afterwards. Her partner made excuses for her negative texts. This is just my experience. Perhaps your experience will be different. I used another puppy sitter from Rovers for the next two days. The new young lady was ecstatic to be taking care of my puppy and told me that she loved the breed and couldn't wait to meet her. When I dropped her off this lady picked her up and held her right away and cuddled her. I would look for someone else in the future.
