Reviews
Norma and Gerard took great care of our aging dog! It’s so nice to know he gets their full attention and care!
We are repeat customers and are grateful we found Norma & Gerard to care for our babies while we are away. We have a new puppy and this was the first time we left her. We knew it would be hard on her. We're thankful Norma & Gerard were patient with her until she was comfortable. Highly recommend them!
Norma and Gerard were really great with Tess. She is shy but they were patient and let her warm up to them on her own time. She was very relaxed by the end of her stay with them. Tess also really likes exploring their backyard!
Very flexible. Dogs very well taken care of despite my dog anxiety spraying all over the place! Thank you very much . Would definitely use again!

Throughout the day, we will take pictures of your babies. We usually send 1 or 2 photos and/or updates per day. However if you don’t want pictures or require more updates, do request that during our meet and greet. --- For boarding at our home, we have a large backyard that’s perfect for dogs to play, run, and relax. We have tons of toys and water bowls available. So far, all the dogs love spending time outside and enjoying the sun and light breeze from the area. For cats, we have a private room with lots of sun where they can feel comfortable and own the space. The room contains its own litter box, water bowl, toys, and cat bed right by the window. We only take boarding reservation at a time. We make an exception to more than one dog if they are from the same household. Rest assured your baby will have our undivided attention. ---- For house sittings and drop ins, we try to follow a similar model you may have in your day to day. If there is a special request, do let us know so we can make a note. --- Your dog or cat will have our full attention and feel comfortable to ask for what they need (in need of a walk? Let’s go! Want belly rubs? Ok!)

Please share more about your baby. What’s their usual schedule? Where do they go to the vet? Is there a medication or food schedule we need to be aware of? Any dietary restrictions or allergies? Are they reactive or lunge at people? Do they have a favorite toy?
A typical day
We try to keep a typical day of wake up, spend time outside, work, break, work, end the day and go outside. During our breaks, we love spending time with your babies. If we have individuals working on the house, we try to protect your baby as well as the individuals and have set up gates at every possible entrance. Rest assure that we try to sooth your baby to be calm/not as anxious. Our neighborhood is wonderful and very dog friendly. As such, we love spending time outside and strolling around the block. We would love to bring your baby with us but understand if they are reactive.

Availability
For boarding, drop offs and picks up must occur between 9am until 9pm. For house-sittings, we can offer a variety of set ups including most day or overnight. Note that your pups should be ok with being alone for 2-4 hours in case errands must be run. For drop-ins, we can do drop ins as early as 7 am or as late as 8 pm. --- Daily Schedule --- We are usually up between 6am and 7am and like starting the day with a nice walk! Then we have breakfast and spend time playing with the pups in our yard. Afterwards we get ready and start our work day. Your pups are more than welcome to spend their time in our office space and joining our work meetings but they may feel more comfortable being in the living room and resting. Right before lunch we play fetch in the yard and build up an appetite for lunch. We have lunch together and spend some time resting or playing. If it's not too hot or cold outside, we go on a short walk around the block. In the evening we go on another walk, play out in the yard, and have dinner together. We usually go to bed at around 11pm (or later). We try to have the babies sleep earlier than that. ----
