Always feel comfortable leaving when Norma is available to pet sit. My cat (Zoe) loves interacting with her and Norma has gone out of her way more than once to care for Zoe when food/litter has run low during her pet sitting.
Norma went above and beyond in every way! She did a fantastic job of taking care of our cats and their space while we were gone. Super communicative and you can definitely tell she loves pets. We will be rebooking with her in the future.
