Pet care experience

Caring College Senior Here To Help!

I’ve grown up around dogs and cats and have always been the go-to pet sitter for friends, family, and neighbors. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, from small chihuahuas to large golden retrievers, and I understand how to tailor care. I’m patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely love spending time with animals—whether it’s going for walks, giving meds, or just keeping them company. What sets me apart is my reliability, calm presence, and flexible schedule as a college student home for the summer. I treat every pet like my own and strive to make them feel safe, loved, and cared for while you're away.

Safety, trust & environment

When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize their routine, comfort, and safety above all. I take time to understand your pet’s preferences and any special instructions so I can provide care that’s consistent and stress-free. I always double-check doors, gates, and food instructions to ensure everything is secure and safe. I respect your home, keep things clean, and make sure your pet feels loved and at ease in their familiar environment. I also believe in clear communication; I’ll provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident and at peace while you’re away.

I highly recommend Norah for pet sitting! She took excellent care of our schnauzer, Luke, and went above and beyond in every way. Norah was always on time, responsible, and attentive to Luke’s needs. She stayed longer than expected to ensure he was comfortable and happy, and she kept us updated with thoughtful messages and adorable photos. It gave us great peace of mind knowing he was in such caring hands. We’ll definitely be using her again!

Schedule

As a college student, I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. I’m available for morning and evening visits, as well as overnight stays if needed. Since I’m not juggling a full-time job, I can give your pet consistent attention and stick closely to their routine. Whether it’s daily check-ins, walks, feeding, or playtime, I can easily build my day around your pet’s needs.

Norah can host up to 4 drop-ins per day
Before watching your pet, I like to know everything that will help them feel safe and comfortable. This includes their daily routine, likes/dislikes, energy level, any medical needs, and how they usually react to new people. It’s also helpful to know about their feeding schedule, potty habits, and any behavioral quirks, like if they’re nervous around other animals or don’t like certain noises. The more I know up front, the better I can give them personalized care and keep things as stress-free as possible while you’re away!
