I am currently working full time 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday and pet sit before and after work or on weekends but I sometimes have flexibility for bookings inside of working hours if it falls within my lunch times or breaks.

I always keep a close eye on pets during visits in client's homes and ensure all potential safety issues or dangers are addressed at the beginning of a meet and greet so all potential risks are mitigated.

I would like to know about any previous medical or behavioral concerns. I would also like to know if your dog does well with children, other dogs, small birds and rodents, or cats. It is important for me to know whether or not your dog has a high prey drive or has a tendency to try to bite. I'd also like to know of any anxieties or social limitations of your dog. A record of vaccinations or vet treatment.
A typical day
I can conduct walks in areas that are familiar to your dog. I'm also willing to go on non-paved trails if your dog prefers a more, open natural environment. I'm very flexible about where to walk your dog, I'm also comfortable bringing them to dog parks as long as they are properly registered and do not have any behavioral concerns in group settings. I also experienced walking dogs who have behavioral issues or special needs.

I am an animal of lover to the core! I have had pets for a majority of my life. I have always found the presence of animals to be incredibly rewarding and fulfilling. Aside from personal pet experience, I have previously worked at the Simcoe and District Humane Society, where I worked with cats, pocket pets, birds, and dogs. I also have experience as a veterinary volunteer student at the Masonville Animal Hospital. In addition, I previously worked as a vet assistant at the Hamilton Road Animal Hospital. I have a lot of experience with Animal Care, both in boarding and emergency situations. I'm comfortable working and taking care of pets of all kinds, as well as pets of all demeanors. I have worked with feral cats and wild dogs, as well as special needs animals. I will be sure to go above and beyond your expectations, and provide the best animal care for your furry friend. The comfort and well-being of your pet is of my highest priority. Your animal will be in good hands under my care, and will have a PAWesome time!
